Classes are offered through community education program in Forest Lake Area Schools.

Self Defense Grades 7-12
This class will teach you how to protect yourself against punches, kicks and strikes, as well as how to get out of various grabs, holds and chokes using simple and effective techniques. You will also learn the basic defense skills for protection from assault with a weapon. This class is both practical and informative, and is appropriate for both men and women.

Taekwon-Do Ages 6-11 and Parents
Learn Taekwon-Do. Training includes forms, self-defense, physical strength, flexibility, self-control, confidence and discipline. Cost for the class is $45 for one person plus $19 for each additional family member. Please wear loose clothing.

Dancers Element Studio

Adult classes (7 years old to adult)
The program is based on the USITF (United States International Taekwon-Do Federation) and ITF (International Taekwon-Do Federation) standards.    
Time: Wednesday 7:15 - 8:15 p.m.    Cost: $30/month (50% off for each additional family member)


Little Tigers (Children 4 to 7 years old)
This program is designed to develop motor and listening skills, as well as a basic understanding of Taekwon-Do. The program is a simplified version of the adult program and helps prepare children for the adult classes.
The belt system is different from the adult class and is not transferred to the adult ranking system. The purpose of the belt system is to give the child the incentive to work hard to achieve next belt.
Time: Wednesday 6:45 - 7:15 p.m.    Cost: $20/month (50% off for each additional family member)
